I’ve spent more than three decades working across the nonprofit and economic development landscape serving organizations of all sizes, from small community-based efforts to nationally recognized institutions. I’ve been in the trenches as a grassroots fundraiser, an in-the-field practitioner, and as the President & CEO. In each role, I found success in shaping strategy, securing funding, and building programs that create lasting change.

At Impact Strategies, I help mission-driven teams find clarity in complexity and focus on what matters most—whether that’s building a grant program from the ground up, raising visibility in the press and beyond, or aligning strategy with actual capacity. My approach is rooted in real-world experience and driven by a fierce commitment to creating systems that work for people—not the other way around.

I’ve coached boards, mentored leaders, developed training programs, and spoken on stages across the country—and I still believe the strongest organizations are the ones born from practicing deep listening, having the courage to think big, and turning planning into action.
